What You'll Do

  • Make engaging
    outbound calls

to promote products, services, or special offers
- Connect and build rapport

with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right solutions
- Manage leads and pipelines

follow up, nurture relationships, and close sales opportunities
- Keep records accurate and up to date using
CRM tools and call center software
- Hit and exceed sales targets

while maintaining high-quality customer interactions

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or call center roles (within Sales)
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills

- Tech-savvy with CRM tools, software, and MS Office
