Job Summary: The Member Care Specialist is responsible for the daily operations of Member Care Section of the department, including the member concerns in SOs and NCR Branch. Key Responsibilities: Conducts outbound survey and telemarketing in coordination with the Member Care Supervisor Conducts announcements and text blast as submitted by Sales Management Department and other departments which were approved by the board Answers all types of queries and complaints of memberswith regards to PSSLAI products and services. Makes follow ups to members are done for exceeding maximum limit, below maintaining balance, maturity of Time Deposit, Back to Back loan maturity, underpayment, etc. Required Skills, Knowledge, and Characteristics: Bachelors/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, or equivalent. With 1-2 years work experience specializing in Banking, Financial Services or equivalent. Systematic, organized, and resourceful Flexible, courteous, and trainable, with an outgoing personality Proactive and possesses a strong sense of urgency Customer service-oriented Excellent oral and written communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
