We're a fast-moving, systems-driven company that's scaling rapidly - and we're looking for someone to take full ownership of our billing and finance process.

This is a key role at the core of our operations. You'll be the person ensuring we get paid on time, clients have cards on file, invoices are accurate, and our financial data stays clean. You'll communicate directly with dental clinics, manage billing automations, and coordinate closely with the leadership team.

What You'll Do

  • Own the entire billing workflow: track, send, and follow up on all billing forms and payments.

  • Call, text, and email clinics to confirm billing details and handle any payment-related issues.

  • Maintain and update our billing dashboards (Airtable + QuickBooks).

  • Reconcile payments and ensure transactions are logged correctly each day.

  • Work closely with account managers to resolve billing questions quickly.

  • Audit and report weekly on accounts receivable (AR), unpaid invoices, and overall billing health.

  • Coordinate with our developers as we build out an internal billing system - help test and improve automations.

  • Proactively suggest process improvements to reduce friction and increase collection speed.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in billing, finance, or admin operations (B2B experience preferred).

  • Excellent written and spoken English; confident calling clients in a professional tone.

  • Extremely detail-oriented — you notice small errors before they become problems.

  • Comfortable using tools like Airtable, QuickBooks, DocuSign, and Google Sheets.

  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new software quickly.

  • Reliable and organized — you take full ownership of your responsibilities.

  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment.
