We're Hiring: Billing Analyst (US Shift | Work From Home)

We are looking for an experienced Legal Billing Specialist to join our growing team. This is a full-time, work-from-home role on a US shift.

Responsibilities:


Manage monthly billing cycles and generate prebills.

Review, edit, and finalize bills based on attorney feedback.

Maintain and update billing data; route invoices to attorneys or clients.

Handle e-billing submissions (LEDES 1998B) via major platforms.

Maintain organized billing records and prepare Excel reports.


Qualifications:

5+ years legal billing experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.

Strong knowledge of LEDES 1998B standards.

Experience with SurePoint (LMS); plus if familiar with TimeSolv, Aderant, or Elite 3E.

Hands-on experience with platforms like Legal Tracker, TyMetrix 360°, CounselLink, Brightflag, or SimpleLegal.

Proficient in Excel; strong attention to detail and communication skills.
