We're on the hunt for a Finance and Admin Associate who can hit the ground running and bring structure, accuracy, and clarity to our growing financial and administrative operations. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth flow of financial transactions and employee-related processes — and we're especially looking for someone with real-world experience in U.S. invoicing.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage Accounts Payable and Receivable, with a strong focus on U.S. invoicing and client follow-ups
  • Process payroll setups, reimbursements, and SSS maternity claims
  • Coordinate logistics for new hire equipment (including LBC dispatches to Visayas & Mindanao)
  • Work closely with IT to ensure timely deployment of company-issued devices
  • Maintain and organize financial records — invoices, tax filings, amortizations, liabilities, and more
  • Troubleshoot account discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy
  • Monitor recurring payroll deductions: SSS, HDMF, employee loans
  • Keep ERP tools, AR/AP schedules, and bonus trackers up to date
  • Ensure compliance with BIR, SSS, PHIC, and HDMF filings
  • Assist with bookkeeping, financial reconciliations, and SEC/BIR compliance
  • Provide essential admin and logistics support across departments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or admin
  • Must have proven experience in U.S. invoicing and financial processes
  • Familiar with AP/AR, payroll, and government compliance (SSS, HDMF, PHIC)
  • Comfortable with QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, or other accounting tools
  • Knowledge of BIR/SEC regulations and standard bookkeeping practices
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP systems
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and reliable
  • Skilled in coordinating logistics and tracking company assets
  • Able to communicate effectively with external vendors and government agencies
  • Willing to work night shifts and start immediately
