About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cebu Central Visayas. This is a full-time role where you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat
  2. Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
  3. Provide product and service information to customers
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  5. Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction
  6. Adhere to company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and software
  5. Enthusiastic and committed to providing exceptional customer service
  6. Previous customer service or call centre experience is preferred; NO BPO EXPERIENCE are WELCOME to APPLY
