About the role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Professional to join our dynamic team at Valeros Velasco Tabernilla Proverify INC.'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Tiktok account users, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with our platform is exceptional.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, addressing their concerns and queries
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up as needed
  • Identifying patterns or trends in customer feedback and communicating them to the team
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures and service level agreements

What we're looking for

  • 6 Months of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the social media or technology industry but nor required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think quickly and make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and technologies, including customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Familiarity with Tiktok platform and its features, as well as understanding of the needs and behaviours of Tiktok users
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
