Business Development Associate (BDA) / Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Onsite: Congressional, Quezon City

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

  • Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and outreach tools
  • Understand business needs and qualify prospects
  • Build connections and introduce our value proposition with confidence
  • Set up meetings or pass qualified opportunities to the Sales Directors.
  • Keep your pipeline updated using CRM tools

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in any business- or marketing-related course

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Confident, coachable, and eager to learn fast
