Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, categorize, and prioritize relevant content creators, influencers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across various platforms and communities in the Philippines.
- Initiate contact, build rapport, and skillfully negotiate and close partnership agreements, defining compensation, deliverables, and ensuring mutual benefit for both our brand and the KOL.
- Collaborate closely with KOLs to develop and execute compelling content and marketing campaigns that align with our brand strategy and objectives.
- Rigorously track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key metrics (e.g., IMP, CPM, engagement rates), adjusting strategies swiftly to maximize results and ROI.
Job Requirements
1. Core Competencies & Skill
- Exceptional ability to secure high-value partnerships, focusing on achieving the best possible terms and optimal price points for the business.
- Proven capacity to manage a large pipeline of smaller KOL partnerships simultaneously, ensuring rapid, end-to-end execution from initial outreach to final content delivery.
- Must be highly professional and presentable, capable of leading complex, high-stakes negotiations, including in-person meetings, to secure flagship partnerships.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the proven ability to establish trust and long-term, effective collaborations with KOLs across all tiers.
2. Experience & Resources
- We encourage applications from both junior and senior-level candidates who demonstrate the required drive and skills.
- Strong preference will be given to senior candidates who possess a verifiable, established network of high-value, large-tier KOL relationships in the Philippines, ready for immediate activation.
