Job Overview:

The Sales Associate is a customer-facing, results-driven professional responsible for guiding clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase. This role is central to achieving the branch's revenue goals by consistently meeting individual sales targets. The ideal candidate is an energetic, persuasive, and highly organized individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service and a deep understanding of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

· Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas by proactively engaging customers, identifying their needs, and effectively closing installment sales.

· Manage and nurture sales leads by providing prompt, efficient, and professional follow-up on all customer inquiries to guide them through the sales funnel.

· Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of all company products and financing options. Effectively demonstrate and showcase product features and benefits to customers.

· Ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience by meticulously preparing and verifying all required sales and financing documentation for completeness and accuracy.

Key Requirements:

· High school diploma is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

· Proven experience in a retail, direct sales, or customer-facing role is highly desirable.

· A strong, results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.

· Highly organized with a keen eye for detail, especially regarding paperwork and documentation.

· Must be a quick learner with the ability to absorb and retain product knowledge.

· A customer-centric attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
