Job Summary:

The Business Development Associate is responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with corporate clients. This role focuses on B2B (Business-to-Business) sales, working closely with key decision-makers to promote the company's products and services, develop customized solutions, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound prospecting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients.
  • Conduct presentations, product demos, and sales meetings with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and account management) to ensure client satisfaction and successful onboarding.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and client business developments to identify new growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, account management, institutional sales, or BPO.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php45,000.00 per month
