Junior Associate Lawyer

Aureada CPA Law Firm is seeking a motivated Junior Associate Lawyer to join our growing practice. This role is ideal for newly admitted lawyers or young professionals who want to build a strong career foundation in corporate, commercial, and tax law while working alongside experienced lawyers and CPAs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and draft contracts, pleadings, and legal opinions.
  • Assist in case preparation, client meetings, and negotiations.
  • Support senior lawyers in corporate, commercial, and tax law matters.
  • Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and regulatory agencies (under supervision).
  • Review agreements and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) / Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
  • Newly admitted member of the Philippine Bar (or with 1–2 years' experience)
  • Strong academic background in corporate, tax, or commercial law is an advantage.
  • Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to professional growth.
