Job Description

As a
Data Analyst,
you'll turn raw marketplace, financial, and operational data into strategic insights that guide global decisions. You'll build dashboards, analyze trends, improve cross-functional processes, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data powering one of the world's most trusted health and wellness product portfolios.

The Qualifications We Seek

Required Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field

Required Experience

• 2-4 years of analytics experience
  , preferably in eCommerce, marketing, or marketplace environments
• Mandatory hands-on experience with marketplace data platforms
  , including
  Amazon Vendor/Seller Central reporting, Pacvue
  , or similar tools
• Strong understanding of procurement, inventory, demand planning, or supply chain workflows
• Proven experience building dashboards and performing advanced data analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros), SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Preferred Certifications

• Certifications in SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI
• APICS/supply chain certifications (CSCP, CPIM) for inventory and demand planning alignment

Other Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI-driven retail analytics platforms (DataRobot, AWS SageMaker, ChatGPT-based workflows)
• Experience integrating AI with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for accelerated analysis
• Ability to use large language models (LLMs) for ad-hoc insights and business reviews
• Awareness of emerging AI tools for e-commerce and advertising analytics

Your Daily Tasks

Data Collection & Analysis

• Maintain a "golden dataset" as a single source of truth for all Amazon-related data
• Define and enforce SKU, ASIN, and product hierarchy standards
• Integrate multiple data sources from Amazon platforms and analytics tools
• Build predictive models and perform root cause analyses to improve performance

Reporting & Visualization

• Create automated dashboards and scorecards using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
• Standardize reporting templates across Marketplace, Paid Media, Finance, and Operations
• Translate complex data into clear, visually engaging presentations

Business Partnering & Collaboration

• Analyze campaign efficiency for Paid Media teams
• Support Account Managers with product and category performance insights
• Collaborate with Inventory Managers to align sales forecasts with stock availability

Financial & Compliance Support

• Audit advertising charges and compliance deductions to minimize financial leakage
• Partner with Finance on accruals, reconciliations, and profitability analysis
• Document processes to reduce errors and discrepancies

Innovation & Process Improvement

• Evaluate and test new AI-powered data tools and platforms
• Recommend process enhancements to improve reporting accuracy and speed
• Mentor team members on BI tools, SQL, and analytics best practices

KPIs:

• Weekly/monthly reports delivered on time and 90% accurate
• Amazon chargebacks/shortages under 3% of sales
• Forecast accuracy of at least 80% for demand planning
• 24-hour turnaround for urgent ad hoc analysis requests
