The role

REBEL Mental Health Counsellors are an integral part of the REBEL experience, ensuring a world-class coaching experience for our customers and helping us reach more people around the world. We're looking for highly motivated mental health professionals to join our REBEL team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 Check-ins to clients to proactively support their wellbeing
  • Provide 1:1 Counselling to clients to support their mental health
  • Provide Group Sessions to clients to educate & raise awareness about positive mental health
  • Knowledge and Research: Explore & research resources that can provide assistance in the development of mental health modules for clients.
  • Client engagement: Be responsive and reach out to all assigned clients through effective communication channels ensuring client retention.
  • Keep organised: Utilise relevant systems and send regular reports to keep track of our progress
  • Work collaboratively: Work closely with the rest of the operations team and fellow coaches to address clients' needs as effectively as possible.

Qualifications:

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally:

  • Have the ability to work in-person in Cebu
  • Unrestricted license to practice counselling as a Registered Psychologist, Guidance Counsellor or Social Worker in the Philippines
  • A relevant Master's degree
  • A minimum of 300 hours of clinical experience (including practicum, clinical work, or any other relevant work)
  • Speak Tagalog and English (Bisaya preferred also)
  • Be open to working morning, mid or night shift + weekends
  • Be a high energy and self-motivated personality, a team player
  • Confident to work autonomously and is willing to share ideas
  • Be reliable and professional at all times
  • Be open to feedback and always willing to improve and develop

Pay: Php35, Php65,000.00 per month
