The role

We're looking for
highly motivated Wellbeing & Resiliency Coaches/Mental Health Professionals
to join our REBEL team with experience in the following:

Counselling & Psychotherapy

  • Conduct online counseling and psychotherapy with clients navigating clinical and high-risk concerns like anxiety, depression, PTSD, or suicidal ideation
  • Deliver in-depth, evidence-based counseling and psychotherapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or trauma-informed therapy
  • Formulate and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and evolving clinical needs

Case Escalation and Collaboration

  • Support case transitions from counselors, providing clinical input and treatment planning
  • Refer clients to psychiatrists when a psychiatric evaluation or medication may be necessary
  • Participate in peer consults and interdisciplinary case discussions to ensure quality outcomes

Clinical Documentation

  • Conduct structured assessments and psychological formulations when indicated
  • Maintain timely and accurate session notes in accordance with psychological and operational REBEL standards
  • Contribute insights to continuous program development and care quality

Crisis Case Management

  • Serve as attending mental health professional for clients identified to be at risk of harm to self or others
  • Conduct urgent psychological assessments, initiate safety planning, and coordinate appropriate follow-up care
  • Collaborate with care coordinators, psychiatrists, and internal teams to manage risk and ensure client safety
  • Provide clear clinical documentation for all crisis-related interventions and escalate as needed to the proper authorities or emergency services when necessary

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For:

  • Active PRC license (Registered Psychologist/Registered Guidance Counselor)
  • At least 3 years or 600 hours of counseling and psychotherapy experience
    (including practicum/internship),
    including handling high-risk or crisis cases
  • Experience in teletherapy or comfortable working in a fully virtual care setting
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary environment
  • Deep clinical integrity, with a commitment to evidence-based care and client safety
  • Strong emotional resilience, with the ability to maintain calm and clarity during high-stress situations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly in a virtual environment
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino
