About the role:

As a Service Reliability Engineer at YONDU INC.', you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of the company's critical IT systems and infrastructure. This full-time position is based in Taguig City Metro Manila and is a key role in supporting the company's overall business objectives.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Proactively monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and reliability of the company's IT systems and infrastructure
  2. Respond quickly and effectively to incidents and outages to minimise disruption to the business
  3. Implement and maintain robust monitoring and alerting solutions to provide visibility into the health of the IT environment
  4. Collaborate with development teams to ensure reliable deployment and operation of new applications and services
  5. Continuously analyse and optimise system performance and resource utilisation
  6. Identify and implement improvements to increase the overall resilience and reliability of the IT landscape
  7. Document and maintain detailed runbooks and procedures for critical systems and processes
  8. Provide on-call support and participate in an incident response rotation as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Substantial experience (5+ years) as a Site Reliability Engineer, Systems Administrator, or DevOps Engineer
  2. Strong technical skills in areas such as Linux, containerisation, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and scripting
  3. Familiarity with best practices in site reliability engineering, including incident response, capacity planning, and infrastructure as code
  4. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex issues
  5. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  6. Experience in the Information & Communication Technology industry, particularly in Networks & Systems Administration, is highly desirable
