Job Purpose
As the People Operations Team Lead, you will be a driving force in shaping the future of Unilever's shared services. You will use your expertise to lead and manage the hub operations, ensuring organizational and operational effectiveness. You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies, policies, and practices that will have a lasting impact on the company. What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be
- Lead and manage the team operations, ensuring organizational and operational effectiveness.
- Handle Core HR Escalations and monitor team's operational delivery.
- Build Core HR Capability and be responsible for Core HR SOPs.
- Drive excellence in team's business processes and organizational/workforce planning.
- Collaborate with in-market partners to improve team's service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide expert advice and support to the team on operational matters.
- Lead and support the team's daily operations and implementation of controls.
- Support team's recruitment and onboarding in conjunction with Human Resources.
- Review team's performance and address any requirements for (training, coaching, and mentoring).
Operations Management In Detail
- Manage and improve Hub People operational processes and policies for the responsible countries within scope.
- Drive excellence in Hub business processes and organizational/workforce planning.
- Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Hub services through improvements and coordination with in-market partners.
- Maintain Hub talent capability framework and implement a BCP training programs to help hub talents become future fit.
- Collaborate with in-market partners to improve Hub service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide expert advice and support to the team on operational matters.
- Lead and support Hub daily operations and implementation of Hub controls.
- Implement Level 3 Business Continuity plans (BCP) to Hub BAU (People Ops, MHA).
People Management
- Support Hub staff recruitment and onboarding in conjunction with Human Resources.
- Hub performance management (training, coaching, and mentoring).

Experiences & Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR Shared Services or equivalent, with a proven track record in customer service, PEX, HR advisory or HRBP, preferably within an HR context.
- Expert knowledge of MS Office applications and experience using Workday.
- An understanding of HR processes and policies, with experience working in regional or multi-country operations.
- A background in Power Bi or equivalent.
