Key Responsibilities

Rewards Management

  • Supervise the administration and implementation of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company policies and market standards.
  • Analyze compensation data and conduct benchmarking to support competitive and equitable reward structures.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to develop, review, and update reward strategies and frameworks.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits processing coordination, ensuring employee queries are resolved promptly and accurately.
  • Monitor and report on total rewards metrics, including utilization, cost analysis, and employee engagement impact.
  • Support the rollout of compensation cycles, including merit increases, bonuses, and incentive programs.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal governance standards.

Employee Wellbeing & Engagement

  • Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of wellbeing initiatives that promote physical, mental, and emotional health.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate wellbeing programs into overall HR and employee engagement strategies.
  • Track participation, feedback, and outcomes of wellbeing initiatives to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external partners (e.g., vendors, healthcare providers, consultants) to deliver impactful programs.
  • Promote a culture of care and inclusivity by fostering open communication and psychological safety across teams.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Rewards and Wellbeing Specialists, ensuring clarity of goals and adherence to service delivery standards.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching, feedback sessions, and performance evaluations.
  • Identify and address skill gaps through targeted training and upskilling initiatives.
  • Encourage collaboration and innovation within the team to continuously improve processes and employee experience.

Qualifications

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards management — including at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Proven experience managing HR programs in a shared services or multinational environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS, and reporting tools.

Preferred

  • Certification in Total Rewards, Compensation, or Benefits Administration (e.g., GRP, CCP, CBP).
  • Experience in designing or managing employee wellbeing programs.
  • Skills in stakeholder management, project management, and data analysis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php90, Php100,000.00 per month
