Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve billing, payment, and collections disputes in a timely and accurate manner
  • Investigate discrepancies, perform basic root-cause analysis, and recommend preventive actions
  • Provide clear and comprehensive explanations to customers and internal partners regarding account issues
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex billing and AR cases
  • Track, update, and monitor case progress to ensure timely closure
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow established billing and AR process guidelines
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and improve O2C processes
  • Escalate critical, recurring, or high-impact issues to leadership when needed

Qualifications

  • Experience in billing, collections, accounts receivable, or customer support functions
  • Strong skills in dispute resolution, issue investigation, and root-cause analysis
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and case-tracking abilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple cases at once
  • Proficiency with billing or AR systems and standard productivity tools

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term, Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php30, Php55,000.00 per month
