Invoicing and Collections Specialist

We are seeking an Invoicing and Collections Specialist to work closely with the Billing Team to manage the company's day-to-day cash cycle — including billing, invoicing, payment application, and collections.

You will also collaborate with the Sales Operations and Deal Desk teams to provision customer licenses and review sales transactions such as upgrades, downgrades, and new accounts.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in billing and collections and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage subscriptions, recurring and usage-based billing, discounts, and invoice adjustments.
  • Review and process new, upgraded, or downgraded customer accounts for accurate billing.
  • Prepare and send invoices and monthly customer statements.
  • Conduct daily collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Apply payments, process deposits, and perform bank reconciliations in NetSuite.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes by coordinating with Sales and Customer Success.
  • Support month-end close activities, including A/R reconciliation, deferred revenue, and bad debt reporting.
  • Maintain organized, accurate records and assist Sales with billing-related inquiries.

Hybrid Set-up: 1 office day in BGC.

Hours: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM | NightShift


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Excel, NetSuite, Stripe and Salesforce.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Outstanding written and oral English communication skills with a customer service mindset
  • Able to prioritize and balance multiple tasks with excellent time management skills
  • Extremely trustworthy, able to handle highly confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team in a global environment
