Recruitment Assistant

Job Summary:
The Recruitment Assistant is responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, particularly in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for deployment or employment in Japan. The role requires familiarity with Japan's hiring standards, documentation, and coordination with Japanese clients or partner agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process — from job posting, screening, interviewing, and job offer.
- Source qualified candidates for Japan-based positions through various recruitment platforms and networks.
- Coordinate with Japanese clients or partner agencies regarding hiring requirements and candidate updates.
- Prepare and maintain applicant records, recruitment trackers, and reports.
- Schedule and facilitate interviews (online or face-to-face) between applicants and clients.
- Conduct initial screening and background checks as necessary.
- Assist in processing pre-employment and deployment requirements.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and government regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and direct exposure to Japan hiring, documentation, or coordination with Japanese clients/agencies.
- Knowledgeable in visa processing or Japan documentation requirements (an advantage).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and online recruitment tools.
- Can work under minimal supervision and handle multiple positions at once.
- Preferably able to understand and communicate Nihongo
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
