Responsibilities:


• Source and screen applicants for non-technical positions


• Post and update job ads across platforms


• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers


• Assist in pre-employment and onboarding requirements


• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports

Qualifications:


• Graduate of HR, Psychology, Business, or any related course


• Preferably with 2-3 years recruitment experience (fresh graduates welcome)


• Strong communication and organizational skills


• Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines


• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
