What are the Key Responsibilities?

Recruitment Planning

  • Coordinate with department heads to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Assist in preparing and updating job descriptions and job specifications.

Sourcing & Advertising

  • Post job vacancies on various recruitment channels (job portals, social media, career fairs, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Establish relationships with universities, agencies, and other recruitment partners.

Screening & Selection

  • Review applications, shortlist qualified candidates, and schedule interviews.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and assist in final interviews with hiring managers.

Onboarding

  • Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and pre-employment requirements.
  • Facilitate orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain and update recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems, and employee files.
  • Prepare recruitment metrics and reports for management review.

Employer Branding

  • Support initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs and recruitment events.

Other Duties

  • Assist with other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

What are the Skills Qualifications?

  • Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any relevant course
  • The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
  • Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role for at least 2-3 years.
  • Solid background in hiring rank and file to managerial positions.
  • Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
  • The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
  • Good decision-making skills
