I. JOB PURPOSE

  • The Corporate Sales Executive focuses on developing and managing sales relationships with high-value clients, including individuals, organizations not limited to traditionalB2B models. 
  • Has a proven client portfolio, strong relationship management skills, and a consultative selling approach. You will work closely with both internal teams and external clients to deliver customized solutions, drive revenue, and exceed sales targets. A competitive commission package and performance incentives will be offered

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and grow a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring repeat business and identifying opportunities for upselling.
  • Develop relationships with corporate clients, high-net-worth individuals, institutions, and organizations
  • Conduct client needs analysis and present customized solutions that align with their goals.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts; negotiate pricing and service terms.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through referrals, events, partnerships, and inbound leads
  • Work with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and outreach initiatives.
  • Deliver high-touch customer service throughout the sales process, from before to after, to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

III. QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Educational Background: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related course.
  • Minimum 2 years of corporate sales experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong portfolio of existing clients or demonstrable ability to build and maintain high-value accounts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies
