II. QUALIFICATIONS

CSC Minimum Qualifications

Education : Completion of 2 years of college (prior to 2018), or Completion of Grade 12/Senior High School (starting 2016)

Work Experience : One (1) year of relevant experience

Training : Four (4) hours of relevant training

Eligibility : Career Service (Sub-Professional) First Level Eligibility or equivalent.

III. JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Record receipts and issuance of Property, Plant and Equipment (PPE) by preparing Property Acknowledgement Receipt, Property Stickers and Property Cards.

  2. Update Property Cards (PC) based on changes in accountabilities and completed disposal activity.

  3. Assist in the conduct of Annual Physical Count of PPEs as member of the Inventory Committee.

  4. Assist in the disposal (auction/transfer/donation/destruction) of unserviceable properties by monitoring all returned properties, arrange/label them in the stock rooms and keep an inventory of all disposable properties.

  5. Arrange and assist in the inspection of properties for disposal by the auditors of the Commission on Audit or by any other responsible or concerned persons.

  6. Attends to other tasks assigned from time to time.
