II. QUALIFICATIONS

CSC Minimum Qualifications:

Education : Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job

Work Experience : Two (2) years of relevant work experience

Training : Eight (8) hours of relevant training

Eligibility : Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility or equivalent RA 1080

Add'l. Qualifications/Competencies: Knowledge in Learning Management System, Training Module Development and conduct of Non-Degree Trainings. Master's Degree an advantage.

III. JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Act as focal person for the Balik Scientist Program (BSP);

  2. Spearhead the Non-Degree Training Program of the division, both Synchronous and Asynchronous;

  3. Evaluate and monitor the non-degree trainings programs submitted by other divisions charged to Non-Degree Training Program for the AANR;

  4. Evaluate, process and monitor Thesis and Dissertation Assistance Program Grant;

  5. Evaluate, process and monitor the Re-entry Grant for Returning Scholars;

  6. Assist the Section Head in overseeing the Human Resource Development Section of lDD; and

  7. Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
