We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team. This role is crucial in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent who will drive our company's success. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and screening to interviews and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and post job ads across various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist applicants for different roles.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database.
  • Assist in designing and improving recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding and orientation of new hires.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices (local and international is a plus).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR databases or ATS.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions at once.
