As our HR Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our people operations—supporting employees, managers, and the HR Manager across all aspects of HR. From recruitment to payroll, onboarding to compliance, you'll ensure our HR processes run smoothly, accurately, and in line with employment legislation.

This is a hands-on role where you'll combine administrative precision, relationship-building, and process improvement to help foster a positive, engaged, and high-performing workplace.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide timely, accurate advice to managers and employees.
  • Post ads, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure smooth inductions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, draft employment documentation, and support HR projects.
  • Process payroll changes, validate data, answer queries, and liaise with providers to ensure error-free pay runs.
  • Support review cycles, coordinate training, and help drive diversity, wellbeing, and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment with NZ and global employment laws, maintain safety records, and assist with audits.
  • Identify opportunities to make HR and payroll processes more efficient and effective.

What We're Looking For:

  • Tertiary qualification in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years' HR administration or coordination experience.
  • Sound understanding of NZ employment law (Holidays Act, ERA, HSWA).
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills; confident using HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, discreet, adaptable, and a strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to work Australasian hours.
  • Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City.
