Job description:
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and grow our market presence. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales leadership, a passion for building client relationships, and a proven track record of hitting ambitious targets. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet KPIs.
- Identify new market opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to drive campaigns and optimize results.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the IT hardware or technology sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
- Prior experience with government or private sector bidding processes is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to close deals and manage long-term client relationships.
