Qualifications:

-Civil Engineering graduate

-Preferably with 3-5 years experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Understands proper work sequence.

  2. Has basic knowledge of work productivity and methodologies.

  3. Knows how to conduct basic scheduling of activities.

  4. Has knowledge on basic estimating.

  5. Prepares Progress reports on work activities.

  6. Attends coordination meetings with Project Manager, inspectors & other contractors.

  7. Plans ahead to prevent problems and resolve emerging ones.

  8. Supervises field engineers and ensure proper flow of processes and information.

  9. Documents basis for Change Orders and other billing concerns.

  10. Ensures that the objectives of the project are met satisfactorily by maintaining quality construction standards through the use of proper construction techniques.

  11. Participates in the implementation of the Organization's Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Program

  12. Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php24, Php30,000.00 per month
