About the role

Megaworld Corporation, the leading real estate developer in the Philippines, is seeking an experienced Project Development Supervisor to join their team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of retail and property projects across the Taguig City Metro Manila area. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the strategic direction and growth of the company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Coordinate and manage the development of retail and property projects from inception to completion
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and sales, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  3. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular updates to senior management
  4. Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify new development opportunities
  5. Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and permits
  6. Ensure projects adhere to all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  7. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the project development team

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in project development within the real estate
  2. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute complex projects
  3. Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings, as well as understanding construction techniques and processes
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  6. Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
