IT Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
• Oversee the implementation and management of construction management software and enterprise systems.
• Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems, data, and networks.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on various software and hardware tools.
• Manage system backups, disaster recovery plans, and network troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and network solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies relevant to construction and IT.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT management, preferably within the construction or industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, cybersecurity, and enterprise software.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively across departments.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
