Sales Supervisor oversees daily sales operations, supports sales team members, and ensures sales targets are achieved. This role combines leadership, customer service, and performance management to drive revenue growth and maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and coach sales representatives to improve performance and achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Sales Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, track daily/weekly sales performance, and provide feedback and training as needed.
  • Training & Development: Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement promotional campaigns, upselling strategies, and sales initiatives set by management.
  • Reporting: Prepare sales reports and communicate insights, trends, and improvement opportunities to upper management.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, outsourced services, construction, f&b (supervisory experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and guide a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
  • Basic proficiency in sales reporting tools
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
