Role Description

The Equipment Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and efficient use of construction equipment to ensure maximum productivity and cost-effectiveness. Key responsibilities include managing the scheduling of equipment, coordinating inspections, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supervising the work of a team of equipment operators and maintenance staff. Additionally, the Equipment Supervisor will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues and ensuring accurate record-keeping of equipment usage and maintenance histories. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Taguig, Philippines.

Qualifications

  • Must be a
    Registered Mechanical Engineer
  • With at least
    5 years of experience

in a supervisory capacity within the construction industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in equipment operation, maintenance, and repair processes.
- Strong ability to plan and manage equipment schedules, inspections, and optimization strategies.
- Proficiency in technical troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues.
- Effective communication, leadership, and team management skills to supervise on-site personnel.
- Knowledge of safety standards, practices, and compliance requirements in construction and equipment management.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
- Work experience in the construction industry or equipment management is highly advantageous.
