POSITION DESCRIPTION:

A Construction Operations Head oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple construction projects. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all projects within the organization, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers, engineers, and supervisors, providing guidance and support.
  • Manage project teams and coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, and other departments.
  • Monitor project progress, budget expenditures, and resource allocations, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Resolve operational issues and support continuous process improvements.
  • Provide project updates to clients and management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Experience in handling government projects is required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple project sites.
