About the Role:
We are looking for a Mandarin-English Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our international customers. You'll handle inquiries, provide solutions, and deliver excellent service that reflects our commitment to people-first support.
Basic Qualifications:
- Can speak, read, and write Mandarin
- Good English communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Amenable to working on night shift
- Willing to work onsite at Mandaluyong City
- Willing to relocate in the Philippines
Job Description:
- Do outbound calls to retain HMO Customers
- Answer possible inquiries about the product/service offered
