DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to customer concerns promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure information accuracy and process alignment between Customer Service and other internal teams.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Prepare and submit incident reports in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to address technical issues.
  • Assist clients in resolving operational problems.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

  • Experience in Customer Service field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Possesses strong attention to detail, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills.
