We're looking for a Japanese Bilingual Associate to join our growing team You'll handle non-voice customer interactions via email and chat, ensuring every client receives timely, accurate, and professional support.

What You'll Do
  • Respond to customer inquiries in Japanese and English through email and chat.
  • Craft clear, professional, and business-appropriate email responses.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are accurately documented.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide fast and effective resolutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and processes.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals (KPIs).
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality service aligned with company standards.

What We're Looking For
  • JLPT N1 or N2 certification

    OR

    Native Japanese speaker with a valid permanent visa in the Philippines

    (e.g., 13A,)
  • At least 1 year of experience in non-voice (email/chat) or voice support, preferably in a BPO or customer service setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English.
  • Strong ability to compose professional business emails.
  • Highly detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Willing to work on-site in Shaw and on a rotating schedule.
