JOB SUMMARY:

The Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative must project a professional image through phone interaction. Must be able to provide accurate and quality-driven information to callers regarding their account statement and payment procedures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Must be proficient in Reading, Writing, Comprehending and Speaking the Spanish and the English language.

  2. Data entry skills, organization, analyzing information, verbal communication, and multitasking.

  3. Good conflict resolution skills.

  4. Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality.

  5. Must be able to type 40 WPM.

  6. Other tasks/functions that may be assigned by the company as per business requirement;

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge and Skills:
  • Must have an expert understanding of computer applications.
  • Experience in handling Customer Service accounts for Spanish and English speaking
  • customers

Education or equivalency:

  • Minimum of High School Education required, or preferably with two (2) years college
  • background.

Experience:

  • At least two (2) years working experience in the Customer Service field, preferred but not
  • required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php60,000.00 per month
