Brief Qualifications & Primary Job Descriptions:

Assist both internal and external team in facilitating sales activities

  • Ensure that the external team is aligned with the sales materials and guidelines to avoid any misleading

information.

  • Ensure referred merchants will be converted to successful clients.
  • Identifying enterprises' payment pain points and providing tailored fit solutions.
  • Assist merchants in the end-to-end process, starting from onboarding, integration, and after-sales

support.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain and grow client network.
  • Help existing accounts increment their transactions through continuous support by means but not

limited to marketing and sales activities.

  • Stay updated on market trends and new payment methods.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Banking, Accounting.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in Sales and Account Management.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of payment products & services.

Skillset:

  • Ability to adapt to a start-up environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly both oral and written.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand complex requirements and craft solutions that are tailored to fit the merchant's

Needs.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort with multi-tasking environment and meet deadlines.
  • An existing portfolio is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php35,000.00 per month
