A Glimpse into Your New Role

As a Digital Advertising Operations Coordinator , you'll be part of the Direct and Programmatic Operations team, responsible for supporting the implementation of digital advertising campaigns and ad-tech systems. Your key tasks include:

  • Capturing and documenting screenshots of live digital ads
  • Identifying and reporting on missing creatives
  • Performing creative testing and trafficking of display, video, and rich media assets (first-party or third-party)
  • Reporting on advertiser campaign delivery
  • Supporting the campaign lifecycle across multiple platforms and technologies
What You'll Bring
  • Effective time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Clear, concise, and professional communication skills
  • Client-focused with a service-oriented mindset
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
  • Flexible and adaptable in changing environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital, ad operations, marketing, or media sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications, or Finance
  • Familiarity with ad-serving platforms such as Sizmek, DBM, Innovid, Bonzai, and Google Ad Manager (DFP)
  • Experience in campaign trafficking and digital media performance reporting
  • Understanding of video advertising metrics and analytics
