Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, display, content marketing, etc.).
  • Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitor assessments to guide strategy.
  • Manage and monitor social media platforms, create content calendars, and engage with online communities.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, conversions, etc.).
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Data Studio, etc.) to improve campaign performance.
  • Perform SEO/SEM activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, backlink outreach, and monitoring rankings.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, segment audiences, and improve open/click-through rates.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and other teams to produce high-quality digital content (blogs, landing pages, videos, ads).
  • Optimize website and landing pages for improved conversion rates (CRO).
  • Manage and maintain CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, etc.).
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with sales to ensure alignment on messaging, lead quality, and campaign strategy.
  • Monitor online reviews, manage brand reputation, and ensure a consistent brand presence across digital channels.
