Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a strong E-Commerce background to lead our online marketing initiatives and drive business growth. This role will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies to enhance brand visibility, boost online sales, and optimize customer acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented marketing leader who combines strategic thinking, creativity, and technical expertise in digital commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with company goals, focusing on driving traffic, conversion, and revenue growth for our e-commerce platform.

  • Oversee paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI and manage advertising budgets effectively.

  • Lead SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media campaigns to increase organic traffic and improve engagement.

  • Optimize the customer journey and sales funnel to enhance conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.

  • Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Shopify analytics) to track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and present actionable insights to leadership.

  • Collaborate with creative, product, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

  • Drive A/B testing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies to continually improve website performance.

  • Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the digital marketing curve.

  • Manage, mentor, and grow the digital marketing team to meet performance objectives.

  • Prepare and present monthly marketing performance reports and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience with at least 3 years focused on e-commerce or online retail.

  • Proven track record of driving significant online revenue growth through digital marketing strategies.

  • Strong expertise in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar).

  • Proficient in SEO, SEM, PPC, retargeting, affiliate marketing, and influencer partnerships.

  • Hands-on experience with web analytics, A/B testing, and CRM tools.

  • Excellent understanding of digital advertising metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CAC, LTV).

  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of current digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
