Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Business Operations based in Makati. The Head of Business Operations will oversee day-to-day business operations, manage and optimize operational processes, develop business plans, and analyze financial data. This role requires strategic planning, coordination with other departments, and ensuring that the company's operations align with overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Operations and Operations Management
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Planning
  • Experience in Finance management
  • Excellent leadership and managerial skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in the luxury home furnishing industry is a plus
