KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Support:
· Preparing documents, reports, and memos.
· Assisting other staff members with various tasks.
· Supporting departmental functions, such as HR or finance.
Record Keeping and Information Management:
· Creating and maintaining physical and digital filing systems.
· Organizing and storing information in paper and digital formats.
· Performing data entry and updating computer records.
Office Logistics and Support:
· Ordering and maintaining supplies.
· Ensuring office equipment is functioning properly.
· Performing basic bookkeeping and processing expense reports.
Communication Management:
· Acting as a point of contact for internal teams and clients.
· Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
Scheduling and Coordination:
· Managing calendars and scheduling tasks.
· Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and other departments.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Organizational Skills: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and keep the office organized.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with office software, especially Microsoft and Google apps.
Attention to Detail: Crucial for accuracy in record-keeping and task completion.
Interpersonal Skills: The ability to work effectively with different people within the organization.
Adaptability: The capacity to handle a broad range of tasks and adapt to the needs of the business.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a college graduate
