Admin Driver

Summary

The Admin Driver is responsible for providing reliable transportation services,

delivering documents and packages, and performing routine maintenance tasks. This

role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative operations and maintaining the

overall functionality of the office.

Job Descriptions:

  • Transport company staff, executives, clients, and visitors as required.
  • Ensure timely and safe transportation for all assigned trips.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and conduct regular checks to ensure it is in good

working condition.

  • Report any vehicle issues to the supervisor promptly and schedule necessary

repairs.

  • Deliver and collect documents, packages, and other items between offices and

external locations.

  • Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings and events, including

setting up rooms and equipment.

  • Conduct routine maintenance checks and minor repairs on office equipment

and facilities.

  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and functional.
  • Assist with setting up and rearranging office spaces, furniture, and equipment.

Qualifications:

  • At least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in any field. Additional

technical training or certifications is a plus.

  • Hold a valid professional driver's license (Restrictions 1 & 2 or 1, 2 & 3) with a

clean driving record.

  • Proven experience as a driver and familiarity with local routes and traffic

regulations. Experience in administrative support and basic maintenance is

preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.Basic knowledge of office equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php18,500.00 per month
