Position Overview

  • We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our existing marketing efforts while also coming up with new ideas and strategies to expand our reach. If you're passionate about creating effective marketing campaigns, testing ideas, and exploring different ways to connect with our audience, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize existing Facebook ads to drive performance and engagement.
  • Develop new ad ideas and write compelling scripts to capture the target audience's attention.
  • Conduct email marketing campaigns to our prospect and lead lists to increase conversions.
  • Run marketing experiments across ads, email, and funnels to identify the best audience, copy, pitch, and structure that resonates.
  • Design, test, and refine different funnels that maximize ad effectiveness and lower acquisition costs.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop content creation ideas and scripts.
  • Be willing to learn and adapt new marketing strategies; experience in all areas is not required, but the more experience you have, the better.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in building and optimizing marketing funnels to reduce the cost per acquired customer.
  • Familiarity with Facebook ads, email marketing, and marketing testing tools.
  • Strong writing skills and an ability to craft engaging copy.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
