We're Hiring: Marketing Director (Remote | US Client)
Our client is a US-based real estate and digital marketing consulting company. They provide services that focus on marketing, advertising, and operational support for the multifamily real estate sector.

What You'll Do:
-Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives across channels.
-Oversee and manage HubSpot campaigns, workflows, analytics, and reporting.
-Drive strategic marketing insights, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
-Ensure all marketing outputs are precise, detailed, and delivered to the highest standard.
-Proactively identify challenges, propose solutions, and implement improvements.
-Provide leadership in big-picture marketing strategy while maintaining attention to detail.
-Review, guide, and refine team deliverables to ensure quality and effectiveness.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to support company growth and brand positioning.
What We're Looking For:
-Proven experience as a Marketing Director or in a senior marketing leadership role.
-Advanced proficiency with HubSpot (MUST).
-Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align marketing to business goals.
-Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
-Demonstrated ability to lead, guide, and mentor marketing teams.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
-Track record of delivering measurable results through data-driven decision-making.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php100, Php150,000.00 per month
