What we are looking for

A Marketing Manager with at least 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or advertising, with a strong track record of developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.

The bare essentials

  • Bachelor's / College Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and brand strategy
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics tools
  • Experience in content creation and management across multiple channels
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and AI-powered marketing solutions is highly preferred
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work with international clients

X factors

  • Experience in the digital or advertising industry
  • Familiarity with Australian or multinational markets
  • Demonstrated success in scaling marketing initiatives or launching major campaigns
  • Exceptional command of the English language (both written and verbal)
  • Industry awards, certifications, or notable marketing achievements
