About the Role

Reignite Cyber Solutions Inc. is looking for a tech-savvy, creative, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead and support marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our CEO, gaining firsthand experience in shaping brand direction and executing impactful campaigns. The ideal candidate has strong writing skills, a foundation in business and marketing, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate directly with the CEO to plan, execute, and manage marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create clear, engaging, and persuasive content for websites, social media, email campaigns, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Design flyers, brochures, and promotional content using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
  • Manage and update the company website, ensuring content is SEO-optimized and on-brand.
  • Develop and launch email marketing campaigns, maintaining professional communication with clients and prospects.
  • Support product launches and promotions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Track and report marketing campaign performance; provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on marketing trends, digital tools, and best practices to keep Reignite Cyber Solutions Inc. ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in marketing, including email marketing and social media management.
  • Proven experience in content creation, digital campaigns, and website management.
  • Excellent written English with strong attention to detail, grammar, and tone.
  • Proficient in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Analytics).
  • Working knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual design and messaging.

Additional Requirements

  • Own PC or laptop
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Willingness to work night shift, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST Monday to Friday, ( 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM Philippine time, Monday to Friday)
